At the conference, delegates presented and discussed the contents of the reports summarizing the work of the Association and the farmers' movement in the first 6 months of the year, deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; summarizing the patriotic emulation movement and emulation and reward work in the period 2021-2024.
Collective and individual representatives received the title "Excellent Labor Collective" and Certificate of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee Chairman for outstanding achievements in the 2024 Patriotic Emulation Movement.
In the first 6 months of 2025, the Association has organized propaganda to over 115,000 cadres and members about the Party's policies and the State's laws; focused on building a strong grassroots organization of the Association, recruiting 1,205 new members; the rate of branch heads who are Party members reached 80.1%; organized 171 training courses for full-time cadres and branch heads, promoting the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work at the grassroots level.
The work of supporting members has received deep attention, the total source of the Farmers Support Fund reached over 40.7 billion VND, outstanding debt of 38.9 billion VND, implementing 126 projects with nearly 1,000 households borrowing. The Association promotes vocational training, legal advice, dissemination of production techniques and digital transformation in agriculture .
Leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association awarded Certificates of Merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in managing and operating the Farmers' Support Fund.
Farmers' Association members actively participated in the patriotic emulation movement with 69,558 households registering for the title of excellent production and business at all levels in 2025; excellent production and business associations at all levels helped 539 farmers' Association members in difficult circumstances with hundreds of millions of VND and over 3,200 working days. In particular, the Association at all levels helped 9,312 working days and construction materials worth over 1.86 billion VND to eliminate 3,506 temporary and dilapidated houses for farmers' Association members.
At the conference, the Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee determined that in the remaining 6 months after the merger of the province and the handover of tasks at the grassroots level, localities will continue to propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to members and farmers; strengthen the organization, especially at the grassroots level of the Association, branches and groups; promote digital transformation, support members in developing production, sustainably reducing poverty, contributing to the successful implementation of socio -economic development goals in 2025.
On this occasion, 1 collective was awarded the title of "Excellent Labor Collective", 3 individuals of the Provincial Farmers' Association were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement in 2024. The Provincial Farmers' Association Executive Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to 195 individuals with outstanding achievements in entrusting and implementing agreements with banks; in propaganda and mobilizing farmer members to participate in waste treatment, contributing to protecting the rural environment in Tuyen Quang province.
