Provincial Military Command met with the press at the beginning of the year of Giap Thin

Today, February 22, the Provincial Military Command (CHQS) organized a meeting with news agencies and press in the early spring of Giap Thin year 2024.

In 2023, the Provincial Military Command coordinated with local news agencies and newspapers to publish more than 380 news and articles reflecting the activities and images of the provincial armed forces in the task of propagating the Party and State's guidelines and policies, local military and defense tasks, the army and provincial armed forces to all cadres, soldiers and people.

Coordinate with Quang Tri Newspaper and the provincial Radio and Television Station to maintain the special page and column "National Defense" with many quality news and articles. In addition, coordinate with central and regional press agencies and industry newspapers residing in Quang Tri to effectively and clearly propagate the activities of the provincial armed forces.

Military Commands of districts, towns and cities also proactively coordinate with local Culture, Information, Sports and Physical Training Centers to strengthen information and propaganda about local military and defense tasks.

At the meeting, representatives of news agencies and press discussed a number of contents and solutions to improve the effectiveness of propaganda coordination between news agencies and the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Ba Duan acknowledged and thanked the coordination of news agencies and press with the Provincial Military Command in information and propaganda work in the past time, contributing significantly to the excellent completion of all assigned tasks by the provincial armed forces.

It is hoped that in the coming time, news agencies and press will continue to coordinate more closely in propaganda, especially important events of the provincial armed forces in 2024 such as: 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, 35th anniversary of National Defense Day; activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory; Emulation Congress for Victory of the provincial armed forces in the period 2019 - 2024.
