On September 22, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 2110/QD-TTg appointing Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao, Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
Before being appointed by the Prime Minister to the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao was Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard, member of the National Defense and Security Committee of the Vietnam National Assembly , and Deputy of the 15th National Assembly of Vietnam.
The Decision takes effect from September 22, 2025./.
