Education experts share that raising smart children is not difficult.

The book series “The Quintessence of Teaching Children” was written by education expert Lai Thi Hai Ly. The book series gathered a large design team of up to 27 members, showing the author’s meticulousness and investment.

Expert Hai Ly shared that to write this book series, she conceived it during 20 years of motherhood and 15 years of experience in education.

Each book is nearly 300 pages long, beautifully presented, scientific , easy to understand with clear formulas, few words, shown through simple diagrams so that any parent can understand and apply easily.

For example, many parents complain that they have to yell at their children all day to study instead of being self-disciplined. The book will have specific instructions to "teach parents to be smart without difficulty".

Issues such as: children falling in love early, children belonging to the third gender, children skipping school to play games, children losing concentration, children being stubborn, children being shy, children losing connection with parents... are also mentioned in the book.

Each issue will be summarized into a "golden formula" to both guide and orient children, and help parents adjust their behavior and educational methods.

Or problems like: Children fall in love early, children are gay, children often skip school to play games, children lose concentration, children are stubborn, children are shy, children lose connection with parents, children share little with parents...

And the book Parents - The Guiding Lighthouse will solve the root causes of the problems that parents encounter in the process of educating their children.

According to author Hai Ly, he deliberately chose May 19 to launch the book because the idea for writing this book series was greatly influenced by the great image of Uncle Ho.

“President Ho Chi Minh has been gone for 55 years, but his thoughts on education are still valuable lessons for Vietnam’s education. He absorbed the nation’s tradition of studiousness right from his homeland, especially the family’s tradition of studiousness, deeply influenced by the example of perseverance in learning from his father and grandfather – an exemplary teacher,” the author shared.

Expert Hai Ly’s book project has the participation of Professor Nguyen Lan Dung. He will be the co-author of the third book of the “Essence of Teaching Children” series with the title “Building a foundation from the root to raise children with both talent and virtue.”

According to Professor Nguyen Lan Dung, being a parent is a difficult and noble “profession”. The author Hai Ly’s “profession” of teaching parenting is a good and meaningful initiative. “I think it is necessary to spread and replicate this model of teaching to all provinces and cities in the country, because family education is extremely important. Today’s youth will be useful talents for society and the country in the future,” said Professor Nguyen Lan Dung.

Not only actively contributing to the field of education, author Lai Thi Hai Ly is also known to the book-loving community for the "One Thousand and One Nights" Project. Up to now, the project has carried out nearly 500 book reading sessions (starting from September 5, 2021) along with many volunteer activities.

To have an impressive book launch, education expert Hai Ly and director Dinh Tuan Vu created a music and dance art program, with the participation of musician Khuat Duy Minh, who wrote music for “Our House is Strange” by director Dinh Tuan Vu, “Mai” by director Tran Thanh, “Lat mat 7-Mot yeu uoc” by director Ly Hai…/.
