Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training has just announced the 10th grade specialized standard scores and the 10th grade integrated standard scores in 2023.

How to calculate admission scores to specialized schools and specialized classes as follows:

Admission score = Literature exam score + Foreign language exam score + Math exam score + Specialized subject exam score x 2 + Priority points (if any).

How to calculate admission scores for non-specialized classes in specialized schools as follows:

Admission score = Literature exam score + Foreign language exam score + Math exam score + Priority points (if any).

The test score is the sum of the component scores of each question in the test. The test score is given on a scale from 0 to 10, with decimal points up to 0.25.

Admission principles: Only consider candidates who are allowed to take the exam, have taken all required exams, do not violate the Admission Regulations and all exams have a score above 2 points; Consider from high to low to recruit enough assigned quota.

The method for calculating admission scores for integrated programs is as follows:

- For students participating in the Integrated English Program at secondary school level in Ho Chi Minh City:

Admission score = Literature exam score + Foreign language exam score + Math exam score + Average score of integrated English program + Priority points (if any).

- For students who do not participate in the Integrated English Program at secondary school level in Ho Chi Minh City:

Admission score = Literature exam score + Foreign language exam score + Math exam score + Integrated English exam score + Priority points (if any).

Only candidates who are eligible to take the entrance exam, have taken all required exams, have not violated the regulations in the entrance exam and have not scored 0 on any exam will be considered for admission.
