After the field inspection and inspection conclusion, General Phan Van Giang highly appreciated the achievements, equipment and modern technology produced by Vietnam displayed at the National Achievements Exhibition, and expressed his joy at seeing a large number of people visiting the exhibition; international delegations were also very interested and highly appreciated the display area of ​​the Ministry of National Defense at the Exhibition.

Believing that the development of Vietnam's defense industry has created confidence and excitement, and is a contribution recognized by the Party, State, and people, General Phan Van Giang emphasized that Vietnam is determined to strengthen and consolidate national defense, build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army with the aim of maintaining peace and protecting the Fatherland.

Emphasizing the unchanging viewpoint that “people create wealth and material things”, General Phan Van Giang hopes to thoroughly grasp the viewpoint that “people first, guns later”; the Army must perform well its functions as a fighting army, a working army, a production labor army; on that basis, continue to exchange, share, and improve knowledge.

During the remaining days of the National Achievements Exhibition, General Phan Van Giang hopes that the forces will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, do a good job of on-duty, logistics and technical work, preserve equipment, and at the same time best serve the people.
