Intensive training, Ha Tinh Health sector improves local human resources

(Baohatinh.vn) - Hundreds of doctors and medical staff have been sent for specialized training by Ha Tinh medical facilities, thereby gradually improving the quality of human resources to meet the increasingly high health care needs of the people.

After 2 years of training, in mid-2025, Dr. Hien officially completed her specialist II program.

Thanks to that, up to now, the hospital has 20 level I specialists and 6 level II specialists, this is the first time the hospital has had such a specialized team. The hospital strives that by 2026, 100% of nurses will have a bachelor's degree."

Meritorious Doctor Nguyen Thi Dien - Director of Ha Tinh Rehabilitation Hospital said: Rehabilitation is a very specific field, the treatment time is long, so each doctor and technician needs to have expertise in each field to be able to create the best treatment results. Therefore, the hospital has continuously coordinated and linked to send doctors and technicians for continuous intensive training. On average, each year, the hospital allocates a budget of more than 1 billion VND to support the costs for doctors and nurses to study and receive specialized training. Since the beginning of 2025, the hospital has sent over 40 doctors and nurses for intensive training with a duration of 3 months to 1 year.

For the Provincial General Hospital, as the leading medical facility in the province, in addition to focusing on attracting and retaining high-quality human resources, the hospital also pays attention to sending local human resources for specialized training, mastering many new emergency and treatment techniques. From 2022 to present, the Provincial General Hospital has sent 14 doctors for specialized level II training, 46 doctors for specialized level I and master's training, 1 doctoral student, and 1 person to study abroad.

Medical facilities have mastered many new techniques, specialized techniques in emergency and treatment, bringing satisfaction and trust to patients. These results are thanks to the medical facilities' synchronous and flexible implementation of solutions to improve the quality of the team. In addition to connecting and supporting in the form of inviting experts to directly guide and share experiences through remote medical examination and treatment, online consultation, the facilities have been proactive and paid great attention to sending doctors and medical staff for specialized training in many different forms at upper-level medical facilities and medical universities. Every year, the whole industry has hundreds of doctors, technicians and nurses who are given the opportunity to study to improve their professional qualifications.

To continue improving the quality of human resources, in the coming time, the industry will direct its affiliated units to assign, transfer, and arrange human resources appropriately to perform tasks and create conditions and arrange for staff to participate in training courses to improve professional and technical capacity.
