On the morning of December 27, the Central Inspection Commission held a national conference to review the Party's inspection and supervision work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, the Politburo and Secretariat will continue to pay attention to and issue many important documents on inspection, supervision and Party discipline work and focus on effective leadership, direction and implementation at all levels. The Central Inspection Commission has proactively implemented and advised the Politburo and Secretariat to continue reviewing, revising, supplementing, perfecting, issuing and leading, directing and guiding the effective implementation of important documents on inspection, supervision and Party discipline work.

The Ha Tinh bridge is run by the Deputy Chairmen of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission: Nguyen Van Ho and Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh.

On that basis, the Inspection Committees at all levels proactively advise the Party Committees to concretize the regulations, procedures, and instructions in accordance with local realities. The coordination between the Inspection Committees at all levels and relevant functional agencies is increasingly close, ensuring unity and synchronization. During the year, Party committees at all levels inspected 57,486 Party organizations and 323,979 Party members; Inspection Committees at all levels inspected 3,537 Party organizations and 9,246 Party members when there were signs of violations; Inspection Committees at all levels inspected the implementation of inspection and supervision tasks with 34,039 Party organizations...

Party committees at all levels and Party cells have disciplined 423 Party organizations; disciplined 18,130 Party members; Inspection Commissions at all levels have disciplined 183 Party organizations and 6,302 Party members... The main violations were regarding the implementation of the Party's organizational and operational principles; the implementation of policies, resolutions, and directives; and violations of what Party members are not allowed to do...

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Truong Thi Mai - Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee emphasized that 2024 is the fourth year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The Party's policy is to continue to further promote the work of preventing and combating corruption, negativity, waste, and group interests; tighten discipline and administrative discipline; strengthen inspection, supervision, and control of power. Therefore, Party committees and organizations need to raise awareness and responsibility for inspection and supervision work; strengthen leadership, direction, create conditions and guidance for Inspection Committees at all levels to complete assigned tasks; and well implement the tasks and solutions set out in Conclusion 34-KL/TW of the Politburo dated April 18, 2022 on the Party's Inspection and Supervision Strategy to 2030...

Inspection Committees at all levels shall perform their advisory role well, continue to review, amend, supplement, and perfect regulations, rules, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency, strictness, and conformity with Party regulations and practical conditions. Continue to promote inspection and supervision of the organization and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the resolutions of the Central Committee.

Inspection Committees at all levels actively advise on the development and implementation of the inspection and supervision work program for 2024; promote the comprehensive implementation of tasks according to the Party's Charter. Strengthen inspection and supervision of the prevention and fight against corruption, negativity, waste, and the implementation of Party regulations and State laws...

Continue to seriously, promptly and effectively implement the directions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and Party committees at all levels on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity. Implement well the coordination mechanism between the Inspection Committees at all levels and relevant functional agencies. Further enhance the role of the superior Inspection Committees in directing, guiding, inspecting and supervising the lower-level Party committees, Party organizations and Inspection Committees in handling serious and complicated cases to ensure strictness, caution, objectivity and impartiality... Improve the quality and qualifications of the inspection sector's staff.

Concluding the conference, Party Central Committee Secretary - Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu requested Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels to seriously and fully grasp the instructions of comrade Truong Thi Mai.
