On September 14, Comrade Hau A Lenh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, conducted a field survey of the hydroelectric reservoir area. The delegation included members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and representatives of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

The delegation offered incense, visited Pac Ta Temple and some tourist attractions in the hydroelectric reservoir area, including Ban Phung wharf area.

Tuyen Quang Hydropower Lake, also known as Na Hang - Lam Binh Ecological Lake, is a large reservoir with more than 8,000 hectares of water surface, likened to "Ha Long Bay on land". The lake is not only a large hydropower project but also an attractive eco-tourism destination, famous for its pristine natural landscape, boat tours to explore Gam River, and many activities such as rowing, watching waterfalls... with great potential for developing eco-tourism, cultural and spiritual products.

Ban Phung Wharf is planned by the province to become a new stopover for tourists, associated with a synchronous infrastructure system, serving sightseeing and experiencing the lake. With the advantage of a large water surface and charming scenery, Ban Phung Lake can become an attractive destination for eco-tourism activities, water sports , combining resort services associated with the unique culture of ethnic minorities.

However, development must be associated with protecting the ecological environment, preserving natural landscapes and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic communities.
