Comrade Phan Quoc Nghia was appointed to the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

On the morning of April 2, the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.

Attending the conference were comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; Standing member of the Provincial People's Committee.

Also attending the conference were leaders and representatives of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council; leaders, officers and civil servants of the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Pham Toan Thang announced the Decision at the conference.

At the conference, comrade Pham Toan Thang, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, announced Decision No. 899-QD/TU dated March 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee on accepting and appointing to the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Accordingly, comrade Phan Quoc Nghia, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, with a term of 5 years from April 1, 2024.

Provincial Party Secretary Dang Xuan Phong presented the Decision and flowers to congratulate comrade Phan Quoc Nghia, new Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Phan Quoc Nghia.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Dang Xuan Phong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation congratulated Comrade Phan Quoc Nghia on being trusted and assigned a new task by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Comrade Phan Quoc Nghia is a cadre who has held many positions and has a lot of experience. In any position, he always tries to complete the assigned tasks well.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the new Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office in his new position continue to promote his experience, constantly strive, uphold the spirit of solidarity and responsibility together with the Provincial Party Committee Office to well perform the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Phan Quoc Nghia thanked the Standing Committee members and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their trust.
