At around 11am, Mr. Nguyen Van Anh (a lottery ticket seller) came to a grocery store on Ha Khe Street (Thanh Khe District, Da Nang ) to receive a glass of orange juice that the owner placed in front of the store. This was the third time that day he stopped by to drink free water, because the weather was so hot.
"The weather is so hot, having a glass of orange juice to cool down at noon is really refreshing. The cool drink is like a consolation for me on a holiday when I still have to go to work," Mr. Anh said.
Not only Mr. Anh, every day dozens of glasses of orange juice are also delivered to lottery ticket sellers, scrap dealers, motorbike taxi drivers, and construction workers as a way to share during the record hot days.

Ms. Nguyen Ha, a grocery store owner, said a friend of hers sent money to squeeze fresh orange juice for workers for the past 3 days.
Every day, she and her employees contribute to squeezing more than 40kg of oranges, equivalent to 60 glasses of juice, to give to workers passing by Ha Khe street.
At 473 Hai Phong (Hai Chau district), in front of a barber shop, on a hot noon, the staff are still on duty next to ice boxes, chilling water to offer to the hard-working workers.
The owner of these soft drink boxes is Mr. Nguyen Minh Vuong (31 years old, barber shop owner). Seeing passersby and workers struggling to make a living under the scorching heat, Mr. Vuong came up with this idea.

In front of the styrofoam box filled with bottled water and soft drinks is a piece of paper with a simple but affectionate handwriting: "Driver, cleaner! Stop here for a minute to have a drink and then continue, don't be shy."
Every day, Mr. Vuong spends 500,000 to 1 million VND from the shop's revenue to buy mineral water, soft drinks and ice to keep things cold.
"We have been deploying this water tank for the past 11 days at 3 locations on Pham Nhu Xuong, Tran Cao Van and Hai Phong streets. It is expected that the water tank will be deployed within 1 month," Mr. Vuong shared.

Not only on Ha Khe Street, Hai Phong, at 128 Trung Nu Vuong (Hai Chau District), a beverage shop owner also hung a sign "giving shippers a glass of orange juice to make life less difficult" which made everyone feel warm. Or at 300 Ha Huy Tap (Thanh Khe District), 70 Luong Nhu Hoc (Hai Chau District) also appeared free water points.
In shipper groups, people also share with each other free drinking water spots. Everyone is excited and grateful for the valuable actions of Da Nang people.
