Through the summary assessment, the localities with reinforced officers and soldiers have been comprehensively strengthened from the political system to the building of the movement of the People to protect the national security; people's awareness of the law and vigilance against crime have been raised; through which each police officer and soldier has been trained, cultivated and matured.

Thanks to the right policy and creative implementation measures, the movement to increase cadres and soldiers to the grassroots level, to implement the "three together" with the people of the Dien Bien Public Security force over the past 20 years has achieved great results, truly creating a remarkable change in all aspects of work, firmly protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety. Notably, it has proactively prevented, stopped, neutralized the activities of attracting, gathering, and causing disturbances by groups of subjects, disintegrated, repelled bandit activities, established the "Mong Kingdom" and activities that took advantage of religion to sabotage the great national unity bloc in the area. An example that clarifies the change in security and order in the area is that through public denunciations, from 2010 to now, the provincial police force has successfully fought 2,430 cases, 2,939 subjects, confiscated: 508.12 kg of heroin, 126.25 kg of opium, nearly 8 million synthetic drug pills, 92 military guns, 35 cars, 15 kg of gold, 135,000 USD, over 12 billion VND... Focusing on directing the construction and replication of advanced models, typical examples, and bright spots in the movement of All people protecting national security. Advising on the construction and consolidation of nearly 2,000 people's security teams, security and order clusters, thousands of shock teams, self-governing clubs on security and order, crime prevention, social evils, 62 peaceful clans, 1,560 reconciliation teams...

Determining that building a good image of the people's police in the hearts of the masses is a key and consistent task in the work of building a clean and strong force, in recent years, the Provincial Police have synchronously implemented many meaningful and humane programs, activities and movements such as: Launching the movement "People's Police strictly follow the orders, build a cultural lifestyle, serve the people", "Learning and implementing the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Police", regularly organizing activities to report achievements, return to the source, repay gratitude, build houses of gratitude for policy families, donate to support compatriots affected by natural disasters, difficulties, remote areas... With the motto "State support - People build houses" and the principle "Community helps, households build houses", over the past 3 years, Dien Bien Provincial Police have mobilized thousands of officers and soldiers to the communes and villages of Muong Nhe, Nam Po, Dien Bien districts. Bien Dong cooperated with relevant units to build, repair and hand over 2,800 houses to people in difficult circumstances.

Being politically steadfast, good at law, proficient in professional skills, impartial, courageous, disciplined, and responsible, in which studying and following the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho is considered a mandatory requirement, a guideline for each officer and soldier to "self-reflect", "self-correct", "self-identify", is the foundation for building the qualities of a revolutionary police officer who is absolutely loyal to the Party and the Fatherland; cultivating morality and training talent so that each officer and soldier is devoted and devoted to serving the people.
