After 11 rounds of “witness competition”, the auction of 23 plots of land in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune has had results. Accordingly, the lot with the highest winning price is 75 million VND/m2; the lowest is more than 55 million VND/m2.

The plot of land with the highest winning price was the corner plot, with an area of ​​about 114 m2. The total value of the plot of land was more than 8.6 billion VND. Immediately after the auction ended, this plot of land was resold by the broker with a difference of about 250 million VND. Some other plots of land were also offered for sale by the broker with a difference of 100 - 200 million VND/plot.

The 23 auctioned plots range in size from 93 to 171 square meters. The starting price is 5.3 million VND/square meter. The deposit ranges from 98 to 181 million VND/plot. The plots are auctioned by direct voting in multiple rounds, with a minimum of 6 rounds, with a price step of 5 million VND/square meter.

This auction had 97 participants, 14 fewer than the auction on November 16 in Thanh Oai. In addition, the organization process was not complete, because 13/23 plots were eliminated because of illegal auctions.

Previously, at the auction on November 16, Thanh Oai district put up for auction 25 plots of land also in Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. The plot with the highest winning price was 90.3 million VND/m2; the lowest was 45.3 million VND/m2. The number of people participating in the auction was 111.

In August 2024, Thanh Oai district began to become the focus of investors, thanks to the effect of the auction of 68 land lots in Thanh Than village, Thanh Cao commune. The highest winning price in this session was 100.5 million VND/m2; the lowest was 51.6 million VND/m2. The number of people participating in the auction was very large, up to more than 1,500 people.
