The social housing project (NOXH) Dai Thang Residential Area - Homie City, started in April 2024, is considered a special milestone on the journey to realize the social housing development strategy of Thai Nguyen province. Located on an area of over 8,400m2, in Pho Yen ward and Van Xuan ward, the project meets the urgent housing needs of workers and laborers who are working day and night to industrialization and modernization of their homeland.
With a total investment of more than 275 billion VND, the Social Housing Project - Dai Thang Residential Area is designed to include 34 low-rise townhouses and an 18-storey apartment building, providing 361 apartments with areas ranging from 26.7m2 to 70m2, flexibly arranged from 1 to 3 rooms. This scale can accommodate about 1,000 people, directly targeting the main customer group of workers, low-income workers and policy beneficiaries.
By March 2025, 34 townhouses had been completed and handed over to residents. The apartment building is currently 95% complete and is expected to be officially completed and handed over by the end of September and put into use from October 2025.
Mr. Tran Xuan Hau, one of the first people to register to buy an apartment here, shared: As people far from home, we always hope to have a stable place to live, affordable, and close to work. The NOXH project - Dai Thang Residential Area has met that wish. Now, my wife and I can work and raise our children with peace of mind without having to worry about renting a room like before.

Mr. Ha Van Giang, CEO of TNG Land Joint Stock Company, said: We understand that each apartment here is not only a real estate product, but also the dream of settling down for hundreds of workers' families. Therefore, the company always puts quality, progress, and synchronous utilities first. The bigger goal is to create a good, humane, and community-connected living environment.
Along with the determination of the enterprise, the local government also always accompanies and creates favorable conditions for the project to be implemented quickly and in the right direction. From planning, licensing to supporting administrative procedures, Homie City achieves progress on schedule, contributing with the whole country to implement the Government's major policy of developing 1 million social housing units, ensuring social security, balancing economic growth and improving the quality of people's lives.
Not only does it stop at building a home, the Social Housing Project - Dai Thang Residential Area is also oriented to become a living space synchronous with infrastructure, landscape and utilities. The project not only demonstrates the commitment to economic development associated with ensuring welfare, but also sends a humane message: Thai Nguyen not only strives strongly in industry, but also builds a rich and beautiful land of humanity.
