Faced with difficulties in planning, the province has shown great determination in removing these bottlenecks. A series of synchronous solutions have been deployed, with the goal of creating an open and attractive investment environment. In particular, the Department of Construction is focusing on advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to issue policies and planning orientations to remove difficulties for projects and direct departments, branches and localities to strengthen planning, planning management and coordination in organizing the implementation of planning.

The Department is also reviewing and evaluating plans, analyzing difficulties and problems in the process of project implementation to promptly resolve and develop plans and lists for implementing planning levels in accordance with the Government 's regulations on handling difficulties and problems in establishing new, adjusting and approving zoning plans for urban areas.

Focus on completing the work of establishing and approving the planning of Lam Dong province, ensuring consistency, synchronization and compliance with the provincial planning. Therefore, in the coming time, the task of establishing planning will be assigned to functional units under the state management system, combined with consulting planning ideas from reputable consulting units at home and abroad. At the same time, consult planning opinions from organizations, individuals, communities, experts and improve the quality of assessing the actual financial capacity and experience of investors during the selection process.
