Hanoi: 2 metro lines increase train hours to serve the September 2nd holiday

On August 19, Hanoi Railway One Member Co., Ltd. (Hanoi Metro) announced the adjustment of metro train schedules on Line 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong and Line 3 Nhon - Cau Giay section.

On August 21, 24, 27 and 29: Trains will run from 5:30 a.m. to midnight (2 hours longer than usual), every 6-10 minutes/trip, during the extended time frame, a 10-minute interval will apply.

August 30: Trains operate from 5:00 to 22:00, every 6 minutes between 5:00 and 8:00; every 10 minutes during the remaining times.

September 1: Trains operate from 5:30 a.m. to midnight (2 hours longer than usual), every 10 minutes throughout the day.

The Cat Linh-Ha Dong metro line will increase train running hours to serve people traveling on the occasion of National Day September 2.

September 2: Trains operate continuously from 0:00 to 22:00, every 6 minutes during peak hours (4:30 - 7:30 and 11:00 - 14:30); other times, every 10 minutes.

Hanoi Metro recommends that passengers proactively arrange their journeys, follow information on official media channels and follow the instructions of service staff to have a safe and convenient trip.

Currently, the Cat Linh - Ha Dong metro line transports about 45,000 passengers/day; the Nhon - Cau Giay metro line transports about 15,000-20,000 passengers/day.
