Hanoi integrates the dissemination of the Law on Social Insurance into Party cell activities

Hanoi City People's Committee has just planned to implement the Law on Social Insurance.

The plan aims to raise awareness, organize synchronous and effective implementation of the Law on Social Insurance and Resolution No. 142/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly ; specify the content, deadline, and responsibilities of agencies and units implementing the plan; strengthen close coordination between departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards in implementing the above content.

Accordingly, the city will organize propaganda and dissemination of the Law on Social Insurance and documents guiding its implementation in various forms, such as: Newsletters, thematic seminars, information graphics, communication on social networks, via smart mobile devices, integrating content into activities of Party cells and grassroots organizations...

The city also organizes in-depth training and professional development for social insurance agency staff, staff directly involved in social insurance work of the Department of Home Affairs, People's Committees of communes and wards, trade unions, service organizations authorized by social insurance agencies and people directly implementing social insurance policies. In particular, priority is given to organizing training courses (directly combined with online) for staff directly involved in social insurance work who have just taken on tasks at the People's Committees of communes and wards in the city.

In addition, the city will organize an assessment and announce the satisfaction level of organizations and individuals with the implementation of policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.

To do this well, the Department of Home Affairs guides, urges, and inspects agencies and units for implementation; periodically every year before December 25 or suddenly reports to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the City People's Committee.
