On September 19, at Military Hospital 175 , the Military Medical Department (General Department of Logistics) held the opening ceremony of the 2023 Army-wide Resuscitation, Emergency, and Anti-Poison Training Conference in both direct and online formats at a number of locations across the army.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Le Van Dong - Deputy Director of the Military Medical Department - said that the 2023 military-wide resuscitation, emergency, and anti-poison training conference took place with the aim of promoting and improving the effectiveness of military medical work in general, and resuscitation, emergency, and anti-poison work in particular.
The conference aims to update and supplement knowledge, share experiences and skills in basic and advanced resuscitation, emergency and anti-poisoning; improve the capacity for emergency treatment, resuscitation and anti-poisoning for military medical officers and staff in clinical practice; contribute to improving the quality of health care for soldiers and people at military medical levels.

According to Colonel Le Van Dong, in order for the training conference to achieve good results, the comrades participating in the training process need to uphold their sense of responsibility, run the conference according to the specified time program; and unite and closely coordinate between agencies and units throughout the training period.
In addition, handle situations that arise well, summarize and report results promptly and accurately. Cadres participating in the training must strictly comply with military discipline, regulations and instructions of the Organizing Committee during the training conference; concentrate and fully absorb the content and knowledge of the lecturers and strictly follow the operating schedule, ensuring time, number of troops, and absolute safety of people; promptly report any unexpected situations that arise.

The training program content is taught directly by lecturers from 108 Military Central Hospital, 175 Military Hospital, Military Medical Academy, 103 Military Hospital, Le Huu Trac National Burn Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy...
"In addition to theory, trainees practice some corresponding content and after the training, trainees as well as units need to strengthen connections, regularly exchange and learn from each other's experiences to improve the quality of care for soldiers and people," Major General Tran Quoc Viet informed.
