  My Thuong strives to become a key ward of the city

Attending and directing the congress at My Thuong Ward Party Committee were member of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee Phan Xuan Toan and more than 200 delegates representing nearly 1,100 party members in the Party Committee.

The Party Committee of My Thuong Ward has comprehensively assessed the implementation of the 2020-2025 term resolution of the predecessor communes and wards of Phu My, Phu An, Phu Thuong and the results achieved in all fields. The economic structure has shifted in the right direction of services - small-scale industry, construction and agriculture. Services account for 62.83% of the ward's economic structure. Urban planning, construction, management and investment work has been synchronously focused and key. The total social investment capital is estimated at 5,300 billion VND. Accordingly, the urban appearance is increasingly spacious and clean. Up to now, the average income per capita is estimated at 85 million VND/person/year, an increase of 1.3 times compared to 2020...

In the 2025-2030 term, the ward party congress identified two key programs and 11 key tasks. In particular, focusing on developing services to become a key economic sector with local advantages; at the same time, developing urban areas in sync with intra-regional and inter-regional transport infrastructure, especially the local high-speed railway central station area.

To achieve the above results, Head of the Hue City Party Committee's Organization Committee Phan Xuan Toan requested the ward Party Committee to strengthen solidarity and unity within the Party, build a clean and strong political system, which is a key task, to ensure the Party's comprehensive leadership over local activities; promote internal strength, take advantage of external strength, and make My Thuong a key ward of Hue city.

On this occasion, the congress introduced the 24-member Party Executive Committee of the ward. Mr. Ho The Hung was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of My Thuong ward for the 2025-2030 term.

  Style of building civilized urban areas

Phong Thai was established on the basis of merging 3 wards and communes: Phong An, Phong Hien and Phong Son. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system was implemented synchronously, achieving many positive results. The economic structure continued to shift in the right direction. In which, trade and services are considered a strength with many diverse types of development. Industry affirmed its important role, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. The agricultural sector developed comprehensively and sustainably in the direction of safety and high quality associated with the commodity value chain, increasing production value. In the 2021 - 2025 period, the total allocated budget investment capital was 585 billion VND. Accordingly, infrastructure was invested synchronously, urban and rural traffic, and intra-field canals were gradually completed.

In the 2025-2030 term, Phong Thai Ward Party Committee set out targets such as striving to achieve a rate of admitting 20-25 new party members; 100% of party organizations and party members are evaluated and classified as having completed their tasks well or better; state budget revenue and total local product value increase by an average of 10% or more annually; total social investment capital increases by an average of over 10%. Striving for the average income per capita in the locality by 2030 to reach about 120-140 million VND; no more poor households...

Ms. Pham Thi Minh Hue, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Phong Thai ward in the past term. At the same time, she believed that the Party Committee of the ward for the 2025-2030 term would successfully carry out the tasks and goals set out, building Phong Thai into a civilized and beautiful urban area of ​​Hue city.

At the same time, the ward Party Committee needs to continue to improve its leadership capacity and fighting strength, affirm the role of the political system, considering this a key task, deciding the successful implementation of the set goals. The Phong Thai Ward Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term was introduced at the congress, consisting of 30 comrades. The Party Standing Committee consists of 11 comrades. Mr. Duong Phuoc Phu was appointed to hold the position of Ward Party Secretary.

  Hung Loc strives to meet ward criteria by 2030

Hung Loc commune was established on the basis of rearranging and merging the old communes and towns: Loc Bon, Loc Son, Xuan Loc. Inheriting the achievements of previous terms, the Party Committee, government and people of Hung Loc commune have united, made efforts and determined; overcome difficulties and challenges; been proactive and creative, achieving many important results in all fields. The average growth rate of total product value is 10.4%/year; average income per capita is 72 million VND; annual state budget revenue increases by an average of 11.7%; total social investment capital in 5 years is 7,470 billion VND; economic structure has shifted towards increasing the proportion of industry - construction (accounting for 60.1%), services (accounting for 29.3%); agriculture, forestry and fishery (accounting for 10.6%). During the past term, Hung Loc commune also effectively implemented the national target program on new rural construction, advanced new rural construction, and model new rural construction.

In Hung Loc commune, the quality of primary health care services has been improved; infrastructure and equipment systems have been invested in; national health standards have always been met over the years; and food hygiene and safety programs have always been focused on.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Commune Party Committee set out 14 main targets and 4 key programs, including: Program for developing synchronous urban infrastructure and engineering; promoting site clearance and supporting key projects; developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; ensuring social security and human resource development, building Hung Loc commune to develop comprehensively and sustainably, basically meeting ward criteria by 2030.

Speaking at the Party Congress of Hung Loc commune, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the City Party Committee Dang Ngoc Tran acknowledged and commended the results that all cadres, party members and soldiers of the armed forces of Hung Loc commune had achieved in the past term. At the same time, he requested Hung Loc commune to focus on socio-economic development, improve living standards; research and realize the proposed action programs and solutions to complete the goals and targets to build Hung Loc commune to develop quickly and sustainably. In addition, strengthen the management and rational exploitation of resources; protect the ecological environment and invest in synchronous infrastructure development, aiming to build a "green - clean - bright - waste-free" commune...
