Affirming the core role in strengthening the great national unity bloc

On the morning of September 17, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune, term 2025 - 2030, took place successfully.

Comrade Ha Thi Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province and local leaders attended the Congress.

Attending the Congress were comrade Ha Thi Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province and 125 official delegates representing all walks of life in the commune.

Speaking at the opening of the Congress, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Anh, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune emphasized: With the spirit of Solidarity - Democracy - Consensus - Innovation - Modernity, the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front delegates of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune for the 2025 - 2030 term has an important significance in laying the foundation for the organization and operation of the Front in the first term, under a new organizational model in the new era.

Art performance to welcome the Congress

Dinh Van Lam Ha commune was merged from Dinh Van town, Tan Van commune (belonging to the old Lam Ha district) and Binh Thanh commune (belonging to the old Duc Trong district). The total population of the commune is over 46,800 people, of which ethnic minorities have over 11,500 people, accounting for 24.62% of the population.

With more than 14 ethnic groups and 4 religions, over 22,600 followers, the Front has promoted its central role in gathering and arousing the spirit of living a good life and following good religion, joining hands and uniting to develop the homeland.

The Presidium of the Congress

Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements have been deployed with focus and key points, bringing about practical results. Notable are the Campaign for National Solidarity in Building New Rural Areas and Civilized Urban Areas, the Campaign for the Poor, the Environmental Protection Movement, the Construction of Typical Residential Areas and Model Residential Areas; social security work and care for poor households have been widely deployed.

From 2024 to present, the commune has mobilized 378 million VND from the Fund for the Poor, supporting the livelihoods of dozens of disadvantaged households; eliminating 39 temporary and dilapidated houses, contributing to reducing the poverty rate to 5.26%.

In addition to the achieved results, the Congress also frankly pointed out the limitations and causes of those limitations; at the same time, proposed directions, goals and action programs for the 2025-2030 term with 9 specific targets.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Ha Thi Hanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province acknowledged and commended the results that the Fatherland Front and People of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune have achieved in the past term.

He also emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming term. Among them, proactively building a Vietnam Fatherland Front agency operating according to a new model. Building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
