After grasping the situation of the incident, it is found that comrade Huynh Thi Thanh Tuyen, Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of Binh Hoa Ward, has realized that her behavior is incorrect and lacks standards in conduct. At the same time, the incident has also been reviewed and resolved by the competent authority, and the individual directly involved in the incident has also accepted the apology and admitted part of his fault leading to the above incident.

Previously, according to the explanatory report of comrade Huynh Thi Thanh Tuyen, on July 24, the mass media and social networks posted a clip of her knocking over a shipper's motorbike. She realized that her behavior was wrong. At the time of the incident, the incident occurred in a narrow alley, with obstacles on both ends. One side of the road was under construction (construction sand and stone, concrete mixer) and the other side was a motorbike parked in the alley, blocking the way.

Although the car driver honked his horn several times to signal, and a nearby construction worker also shouted to the motorbike driver to pull over, he was unsuccessful.

Due to frustration with having difficulty getting his family's car in and out of the alley many times (people in this area often park their cars and motorbikes on the street, obstructing the vehicles in and out), and partly because he was impatient and could not control himself, Mr. Tuyen had the inappropriate behavior of pushing the shipper's motorbike over.

After the incident, Comrade Tuyen went to Lai Thieu Ward Police to work, directly apologized and compensated the motorbike owner, the two sides reconciled. At the same time, the motorbike owner also admitted that parking the motorbike on the roadside was wrong and at the time of the incident it was raining, the motorbike owner was sitting on the phone, wearing headphones so he could not hear the call from outside, so he also accepted the apology and sympathized with Comrade Tuyen.

The Standing Committee of the Binh Hoa Ward Party Committee directed the Party Building Committee, the Ward Party Committee, the affiliated Party Cells and Committees, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the ward's mass organizations to strengthen education and remind cadres and Party members to maintain their image, ethics, and behavior to ensure the standards of Party members in all circumstances.
