On October 28, 1989, the General Department of Land Management issued Circular No. 302 TT/DKTK guiding the implementation of the decision on granting Land Use Right Certificates.
According to the provisions of Circular No. 302 TT/DKTK, "the purpose of use on the Certificate is recorded according to the type of land determined for each plot of land according to the Land Registry" (according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 2, Section II of Circular No. 302 TT/DKTK, the Land Registry is the Land Registry Form 5a, 5b established according to Decision No. 56-DKTK dated November 5, 1981).
According to the provisions of Decision No. 56-DKTK dated November 5, 1981 of the General Department of Land Management promulgating the regulations on land registration and statistics procedures nationwide, the types of land recorded in the land registration book and the inventory book are shown by symbols according to the provisions in the land statistics summary.
The land type with the symbol "T" in the land statistics summary issued with Decision No. 56-DKTK is identified as "Residential land" - land for construction in urban and rural residential areas, except for cultivated land, ponds, and roads in villages that have been measured and separated; including: Residential land and land for construction of works serving the interests of the entire people in the fields of culture, health, education , sports, recreation, tourism; headquarters of agencies, organizations, religions, warehouses, agricultural and forestry facilities such as livestock barns, repair stations, etc.
Therefore, to specifically determine the purpose of using the above letter T land according to current regulations, it is necessary to base on the specific implementation of legal regulations through each stage in combination with actual records at the locality to determine.
