According to the announcement of Quang Tri Provincial Police, on September 26, the locality will hold activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Cuban leader Fidel Castro's visit to the liberated zone of South Vietnam. This is a major event, with the participation of high-ranking delegations of the Party and State of Cuba and Vietnam.

Therefore, Quang Tri Provincial Police announced a plan to temporarily ban all vehicles from participating in road traffic (except vehicles issued with A and B cards, vehicles of the Organizing Committee; vehicles performing security and order tasks) from circulating on the roads in Vinh Linh; Gio Linh; Cam Lo districts; Dong Ha city to serve the organization of commemorative activities, specifically:

In Vinh Linh and Gio Linh districts: Temporarily ban all vehicles from circulating on National Highway 1A through Hien Luong Bridge, from the intersection of National Highway 1A - Branch road leading to the Monument of Aspiration for National Reunification on the southern bank of Ben Hai River, Hien Luong Bridge to the intersection of National Highway 1A - Road leading to the welcome gate of Hien Luong village. Time from 8:00 a.m. on September 26 until the group leaves (expected around 9:30 a.m.).

Tomorrow (September 26) in Quang Tri, many activities will take place to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Cuban leader Fidel Castro's visit to the liberated zone of South Vietnam with the participation of high-ranking leaders of Cuba and Vietnam.

In Cam Lo district: Temporarily ban all road vehicles from circulating on Nguyen Huu Tho street, from the intersection of Nguyen Huu Tho - Ham Nghi to the intersection of Nguyen Huu Tho - Nguyen Tri Phuong. Time from 9:00 a.m. on September 26 until the group leaves (estimated at around 10:30 a.m.).

All types of cars and similar vehicles traveling on the Can Vuong route (Western branch of Ho Chi Minh road) through Cam Lo town will temporarily move via National Highway 9 (April 2nd road). Time from 9:00 a.m. on September 26 until the group leaves (estimated at about 10:30 a.m.).

In Dong Ha City: Temporarily ban all road vehicles from circulating on Hung Vuong Street (from Hung Vuong - National Highway 9 intersection to Hung Vuong - Nguyen Tri Phuong intersection). Time from 2:00 p.m. on September 26 until the end of the celebration (estimated at around 5:30 p.m.).
