Proposal to invest in technical infrastructure items to serve workers and laborers to buy social housing at the Social Housing Project for workers and laborers of Phu Hoi Industrial Park.

Mr. Pham S, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, has just represented the Provincial People's Committee to agree with the proposal of the Department of Planning and Investment on investing in technical items around the Social Housing Project for workers and laborers in Phu Hoi Industrial Park and along the invested routes in the residential planning area of ​​Phu Hoi Industrial Park, Duc Trong district (investing in roads, lighting systems, longitudinal drainage systems, sidewalks, trees, etc.).

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Duc Trong District People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and Loc Son - Phu Hoi Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company to review land records, determine boundaries and land areas, and propose land allocation and management of land use in the planning area, and report to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) before September 30, 2024.

The People's Committee of Duc Trong district reviews the invested items and the actual status in the planning area to prepare a proposal for the scale of the investment project (clearly showing the scale, area, investment capital around the social housing area and the investment scale, belonging to the Phu Hoi Industrial Park Residential Area Project) to ensure compliance with the approved plans; synchronized with the technical infrastructure items in the area and effective development of the project to serve as a basis for consideration and decision; report to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Planning and Investment) before September 30, 2024.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on the proposal of the People's Committee of Duc Trong district, shall conduct inspection and review of land records, report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee on land allocation and land use management in the planning area according to regulations before October 4, 2024.

Based on the proposal of Duc Trong District People's Committee, the Department of Planning and Investment, based on current regulations on public investment, reports and proposes to the Provincial People's Committee before October 11, 2024.

According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the proposal to invest in technical infrastructure items (electricity system, drainage system, trees, sidewalks) around the social housing project and along all invested routes in the residential planning area is necessary, serving the needs of people living in the planning area and those expected to buy social housing in the planning area.
