During the Lunar New Year, Ninh Binh province organized visits and presented nearly 148,000 gifts worth over VND59.2 billion to people with revolutionary contributions, the elderly, poor households, children in difficult circumstances, etc. At the same time, received and distributed 70,872 Tet gifts worth VND32 billion.

By November 30, the total amount of money mobilized to support the 'Repaying gratitude and social security' fund at all three levels in Ninh Binh was over 35.16 billion VND. Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support people affected by storm No. 3, as of November 30, the Provincial Fatherland Front has received over 57 billion VND in support, transferred to the Central relief fund and supported provinces and districts in the province with 30 billion VND.

Implementing the emulation movement 'Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by 2025' launched by the Prime Minister , the provincial Fatherland Front received, managed and used the 3 billion VND fund donated by Phu Dong Ninh Binh Club and two players Nguyen Hoang Duc and Dang Van Lam to build houses for the poor.
