Banks sponsor training and science and technology costs for universities

Ho Chi Minh City University of Law received a 1 billion VND sponsorship from Agribank for training, science and technology, and student support.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Law has just signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank). At the signing ceremony, Agribank sponsored Ho Chi Minh City University of Law with 1 billion VND for the school to invest in education, training, science and technology activities and support students.

This is one of many cooperation contents between the two sides that was realized right at the signing ceremony. According to the agreement, the two sides cooperate in 5 areas: training, scientific research, training support and scholarship funding for students, using banking services, communication and social responsibility.

Notable are the support and cooperation activities in scientific research and training. Accordingly, the two sides coordinate research and implementation of scientific research topics, programs and projects with high applicability.

Every year, Agribank considers sponsoring schools with software to serve digital transformation programs and plans, cashless payments in schools, equipment, machinery, smart classrooms, studios for online teaching to serve operations, support training, etc.

In addition, Agribank will consider awarding scholarships to talented students, supporting the organization of activities for students such as job fairs, seminars, career counseling seminars... Prioritizing student internships and recruitment.
