Resolution on the working apparatus of the Supreme People's Procuracy

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man signed Resolution No. 1403/NQ-UBTVQH15 approving the proposal of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the working apparatus of the Institute.

Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee resolved to approve the proposal of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the working apparatus of the Procuracy, including: Procuracy Committee; Office; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Security Cases; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Social Order Cases; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Economic and Corruption Cases; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Drug Cases; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Judicial Cases; Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Criminal Trials; Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Department of Prosecution of Detention and Execution of Criminal Sentences; Department of Prosecution of Civil Cases; Department of Prosecution of Administrative and Commercial Cases; Department of Prosecution of Civil Sentences; Department of Prosecution of Judicial Complaints and Denunciations; Department of International Cooperation and Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters; Department of Legislation; Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Crime Statistics and Digital Transformation; Department of Finance; Inspectorate; University of Procuracy (with a branch of the University of Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City); Institute of Procuracy Science; Law Protection Newspaper; Central Military Procuracy.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy prescribes the organizational structure, tasks, powers and working relationships of units within the working apparatus of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

This Resolution comes into force from February 7, 2025.

Resolution No. 951/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated May 28, 2015 of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the working apparatus of the Supreme People's Procuracy ceases to be effective from the effective date of this Resolution.
