Solved many cases from information sources calling the hotline of the Director of Hue City Police Department

Many pieces of information demonstrate the high sense of responsibility of officials and people in joining hands, contributing, and accompanying the police force in performing the task of protecting security and safety in the locality.

In the process of receiving information from the people, the Director of Thua Thien - Hue Police quickly directed the 24/7 "hotline" support team to advise and coordinate with the police of units and localities to decisively verify, handle and resolve promptly.

In case people call to complain but Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan is busy and cannot answer the phone, someone on duty at the General Staff of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police will answer the phone and report back.
