Mr. Truong Hoai Khanh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, Secretary of the Youth Union of Vinh Thong ward said that since implementing the 2-level local government model associated with socio -economic development, the Fatherland Front of the ward has strengthened supervision and promptly removed difficulties when people come to carry out administrative procedures. "The digital popularization movement creates conditions for people to access online public services, bringing positive effects. The Youth Volunteer Team, with 15 members along with 18 members of the Neighborhood Front Working Committee, plays a core role as a bridge to implement supervision and social security, contributing to creating people's trust in accompanying digital transformation associated with the 2-level local government model", Mr. Truong Hoai Khanh emphasized.

Mr. Tran Hai Dang - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Binh An commune affirmed that in recent times, the Party Committee and the commune government have coordinated to carry out monitoring and social security activities; choosing "hot" issues on people's lives, contents that people are interested in such as the environment, health, etc. "In grasping public opinion, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have implemented many ways to help people clearly understand the purpose, meaning, rights and responsibilities, and agree and support the policies of the Party and the State. Thanks to that, Party members, union members, association members, and people have actively responded to activities launched by the locality; stable thinking, trust in the local socio-economic development policy is the initial success in monitoring and social security work", Mr. Tran Hai Dang shared.

Promote the effectiveness of criticism

Mr. Nguyen Minh Dang, residing in Sua Dua hamlet, Binh An commune, was satisfied when he came to the People's Committee of the commune to carry out administrative procedures related to land. Before that, he was quite confused about the administrative procedures, but with the thoughtful reception and dedicated service of the staff of the Commune Administrative Service Center, he completed the procedures quickly. "The commune has a team of staff with solid expertise to support and help us when we do not clearly understand the information as well as related documents, with a specific appointment schedule... which has brought satisfaction to the people", said Mr. Minh Dang.

Similarly, Ms. Thi Duong, residing in Ta Keo Ngon quarter, Vinh Thong ward, expressed: “At first, I was quite worried because I was not familiar with online procedures. But after getting an automatic queue number, I was guided to fill in information online. Because I had never done online procedures before, had not logged into VNeID, so I did not know the password. The volunteers took a long time to support, but they were very active and had a good service attitude.” According to Ms. Thi Duong, in addition to their attitude towards people, the Vinh Thong Ward Public Administration Service Center made a name tag to clearly state the area of reception and the phone number of the consultant who received and resolved the procedures. After completing the procedures, Ms. Duong took a photo of the name tag so that when needed, she could call for advice, which made her feel secure and felt the closeness of the officials and civil servants to the people.

According to Mr. Truong Hoai Khanh, the Fatherland Front and the ward's organizations are unanimous in aiming for the goal of "a government close to the people must be open, listen, provide transparent and effective public services, and create conditions for people to participate in social management". In particular, the youth are the core force to realize this goal, through guiding people to use online public services and community digital technology groups. "In the coming time, along with implementing the goals of the Ward Party Congress resolution, the Ward Fatherland Front will accompany the people in installing road lighting systems; building and repairing bridges; accompanying the disadvantaged, helping children go to school... promoting the strength of great national unity", said Mr. Hoai Khanh.

In Binh An commune, Mr. Hai Dang said: "The People's Inspection Committee is determined to perform well its role, functions and tasks in coordinating with functional agencies to supervise and inspect welfare projects, and resolve complaints and denunciations from citizens. In particular, it participates in supervising the construction of solidarity houses for poor households; reconciles and resolves disputes among the people, and does not allow complaints and lawsuits to go beyond the level of authority." In addition, the commune's Fatherland Front will review the economic model, orienting people to create unique products and new products based on the local potential, accompanying people in economic development and social stability.

Social work has promoted the people's voice, created consensus, strengthened people's trust in the Party and State, and contributed to building an increasingly clean and strong political system.
