Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai inspected key projects in the Southeast region of the province.

On the afternoon of July 24, comrade Nguyen Hong Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee directly inspected a number of key projects in the southeastern region of the province, including: DT.719B Coastal Axis Project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section; Ham Liem resettlement area and resettlement land fund of Ham Thuan commune, serving the North - South high-speed railway project.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Hai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the resettlement area in Ham Liem commune.

The DT.719B Coastal Axis Project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section, has a total length of about 10.4 km, including the main route of 8.7 km, the N1 branch route of 1.7 km; the road surface structure is asphalt concrete on crushed stone aggregate; in which the Song Phan bridge, 175.3 m long and 20 m wide, is considered an important technical highlight.

At the inspection session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to urgently urge the contractor to speed up the project implementation, mobilize maximum machinery, equipment and human resources to organize the construction with a spirit of determination, drasticness and put all efforts to ensure progress.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to regularly inspect, urge progress and periodically report to the Provincial People's Committee; assigned the Provincial Traffic Project Management Board to preside over and direct contractors to organize synchronous construction on the entire handed-over site, avoiding delays and time waste.

For the two localities of Tan Thanh and Tan Hai, a commitment must be made to complete the handover of the site by September 2025. The goal is to strive to disburse 100% of the capital plan in 2025 in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister .

On the same afternoon, comrade Nguyen Hong Hai inspected the resettlement area in Ham Liem commune, where accommodation is planned for households affected by the North-South high-speed railway project.

This resettlement area is located at Km 8+800, close to National Highway 28, adjacent to the Freshwater Aquaculture Experimental Station; scale is about 4.5 hectares with 250 - 300 lots (100 m²/lot), total investment is nearly 56 billion VND.

The current status of the land is agricultural land where people are growing fruit trees and crops. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on doing a good job of compensation and site clearance. Regarding infrastructure, the area has electricity and water systems ready to be connected, but there is no synchronous drainage system.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to urgently establish project planning, prepare complete documents and procedures for site clearance and compensation, ensure progress of the national key project, and soon stabilize people's lives.

Next, comrade Nguyen Hong Hai also inspected and surveyed the resettlement land fund of Ham Thuan commune, serving the North-South high-speed railway project.
