Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha inspected the preparations for the announcement ceremony of administrative unit merger.

In preparation for the announcement ceremony of resolutions and decisions of the Central and the province on the merger of administrative units (UD) at the provincial and commune levels; ending the activities of the UD at the district level; announcing the decision to establish party organizations and appointing Party committees, People's Councils, People's Committees, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at two levels, on the morning of June 29, comrade Tran Hong Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, inspected the preparation work in Quang Binh.

Also attending were comrades: Le Ngoc Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee; Tran Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Truong An Ninh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.

At the inspection session, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and the working delegation reviewed the overall program and script of the ceremony; inspected the organization, technical and propaganda work, ensuring that the announcement ceremony was organized solemnly, in accordance with regulations, broadcast live on television synchronously and accurately, demonstrating the excitement, confidence and expectations of the Party Committee, government and people in the new development period.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that this is an event of important political significance, marking a major shift in the organization and long-term development orientation of the locality after the merger. Therefore, the organization work needs to be carried out carefully, ensuring solemnity and following procedures; at the same time, spreading the spirit of innovation, solidarity and consensus among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
