On September 22, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc directed a review of school facilities. Mr. Duoc's direction came from the context of parents of Vinh Tan Primary School (Vinh Tan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City - Ben Cat area - old Binh Duong ) reporting the state of the school's desks and chairs being degraded and damaged.

The reason is that after the merger, the number of students increased, forcing the school to use old desks and chairs for students to study.

Mr. Duoc requested the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance to urgently coordinate and arrange for replacement desks, chairs and necessary equipment to ensure safe and adequate learning conditions for students. Complete and report the implementation results to the City People's Committee before September 23.
