Phu Tho Provincial Culture and Arts House is a key project in the field of culture and arts of Phu Tho province, which started construction in April 2022, with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Phu Tho as the investor. After more than three years of urgent construction, the project was completed and put into use on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

The Phu Tho Provincial Cultural and Arts House project has a total adjusted investment of nearly 426 billion VND, built on a land area of ​​nearly 18,000 m2, of which the construction area (including the outdoor stage) is about 5,000 m2. The scale of the project includes 3 floors above ground, 1 basement, 1 roof floor, with a total height of nearly 35 meters, a capacity of about 1,000 seats. The project is designed in a modern neoclassical style, harmoniously combining contemporary architecture and traditional elements typical of the Ancestral Land. The facade of the project is decorated with many motifs and patterns inspired by the culture of the Hung Kings period, creating a unique aesthetic highlight. The interior is invested in a modern, synchronous system of sound, lighting, soundproofing, air conditioning, fire prevention and fighting and functional rooms for performances and large-scale events.

This is a project with profound symbolic significance for the attention of the Party Committee and the government of Phu Tho province to the cultural field, one of the three pillars of sustainable development.
