Phuoc Son disbursed capital for 3 national target programs at 43.2%.

By November 15, Phuoc Son district had disbursed more than 221.2/512.5 billion VND (reaching 43.2%); of which, disbursed investment capital was 146.4 billion VND (reaching 51.8%), disbursed public capital was 74.8 billion VND (reaching 32.6%). The capital plan for 2022 and 2023 extended to 2024, disbursed more than 61.9%; the capital plan for 2024 disbursed 31%.

The total adjusted budget for implementation according to Resolution No. 111 of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to implement national target programs is nearly 76.4 billion VND, focusing on two programs on sustainable poverty reduction and socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Regarding investment capital to implement Resolution 111, localities have completed procedures and are focusing on implementing 28 projects invested by communes and have disbursed more than 6 billion VND (reaching 35%). For 1 district-level project, bidding has been organized but the disbursement has not been made yet.

Regarding career capital, the assigned units have basically completed related procedures, are focusing on implementation and have disbursed more than 8 billion VND (reaching more than 15.8%), striving to disburse 100% of the capital plan in 2024. Regarding the second adjustment budget, the District People's Committee has allocated it to units and localities for implementation, but has not yet disbursed it...

Agencies, departments and localities assigned to be investors in implementing the components of the National Target Program must resolutely implement them, speed up the progress of preparing documents, appraising, submitting for approval and allocating capital, and promptly start construction and disburse capital.
