Duong Noi Ward awarded Party badges to 41 veteran party members

On the morning of August 28, Duong Noi Ward Party Committee held the Party Badge Awarding Ceremony, September 2nd.

This time, Duong Noi Ward Party Committee was honored to have 1 comrade awarded the 80-year Party membership badge; 40 comrades were awarded the 65, 60, 55, 50, 45, 40, 30-year Party membership badges.

Sharing at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairwoman of Duong Noi Ward People's Council Can Thi Viet Ha said that Duong Noi Ward Party Committee has 52 party cells and affiliated party committees, with 1,984 party members.

Providing basic information on the operation of the two-level local government, the Ward Party Secretary said that from the very first day, the Ward Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee directed specialized agencies to advise and assist in urgently and seriously starting to carry out their tasks, without interrupting the work that had already been done.

The ward's direction and management work was carried out resolutely, closely following reality, focusing on key tasks. In particular, after only one month of operating the 2-level local government model, the ward successfully organized the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The Congress has determined the strategic goal: Building Duong Noi ward to develop comprehensively, richly, civilized and modernly, with happy people, striving together with the nation in the new era. In that spirit, the ward Party Committee has set out 8 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs.

In the coming term, the ward aims to build 3-4 civilized urban streets, and at the same time proposes to invest in building new schools and public works to serve the people. New urban areas in the ward will have synchronized infrastructure with traditional residential areas, creating a harmonious, convenient and modern whole.

Duong Noi Ward aims to complete the issuance of land use right certificates to 100% of eligible cases by 2030, completely resolving the land backlog of many years, contributing to stabilizing people's lives.

In particular, the ward will always focus on the grassroots, listen to the voices of the people to serve the people better and better.

"In the coming time, the Party Committee Standing Committee, the People's Council Standing Committee, and the Ward People's Committee hope to receive the contributions of efforts and intelligence from Party members and people to create strong changes and successfully carry out the set goals and tasks," said comrade Can Thi Viet Ha.

* On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, from social mobilization sources, Duong Noi ward presented 431 gifts, with a total amount of more than 300 million VND to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the area.
