Prudential Vietnam calls for support in verifying customers in the ship capsize in Quang Ninh

In the wake of the serious train accident in Quang Ninh that left many people injured and dead, a representative of Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited shared: The company would like to send its deepest condolences to the victims and affected families.
Prudential Vietnam is actively monitoring related information and making efforts to verify whether any of the company's customers are on the list of victims.

As reported by Tin Tuc and Dan Toc newspaper, at 12:55 on July 19, the ship Vinh Xanh 58 with license plate QN-7105 was carrying tourists to visit route 2 (Sung Sot cave - Ti Top island) on Ha Long Bay. At 13:30, the ship encountered a sudden storm, at 14:05 it lost GPS signal connection and then sank.
Immediately after receiving the information, Quang Ninh province authorities and fishermen near the shipwreck area urgently deployed rescue work.

On the morning of July 20, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province officially informed about the accident. According to the latest investigation information of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, as of 1:40 a.m. the same day, the authorities had salvaged the ship and found 45 out of 49 people on board. Of those, 10 people survived and 35 people died. There are still 4 missing people being actively searched for.
