Quang Ngai leases nearly 38 hectares to expand Dung Quat Oil Refinery

The People's Committee of Quang Ngai province has just issued a decision to lease nearly 38 hectares of land to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company to implement the project to upgrade and expand Dung Quat Oil Refinery.

Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee decided to lease nearly 38 hectares to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company to implement the project to upgrade and expand Dung Quat Oil Refinery.

Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Phuoc Hien has just signed a decision to lease land to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company ( BSR ) to implement the project to upgrade and expand Dung Quat Oil Refinery.

According to this decision, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province agreed to let Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company lease nearly 38 hectares of land to implement the project to upgrade and expand Dung Quat Oil Refinery.

This area is leased by the State with annual payment. The State leases land without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

Land use term is from the date of signing the decision until March 31, 2058. In which, land rent exemption period is from the date the Provincial People's Committee issues the decision until March 1, 2047.

Specifically, land rent exemption during the basic construction period from the date of issuance of the decision to the first quarter of 2028; land rent exemption after the land rent exemption period of the basic construction period is 19 years from March 2, 2028 to March 1, 2047.

It is known that the entire land area that the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province leased to Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company to carry out the project is located in Van Tuong commune, Dung Quat Economic Zone and Quang Ngai industrial parks.
