Ready for 124 communes, wards and special zones of Lam Dong province to come into operation

(PLVN) - Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee said that the trial operation of 6 new communes and wards of 3 provinces Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong on June 23 is a "technical stepping stone", a "test" of management capacity before all 124 communes, wards and special zones of Lam Dong province officially come into operation.

On the afternoon of June 23, the authorities of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan , Dak Nong and related units held an online conference to test the operation of commune-level government activities.

Accordingly, 6 communes and wards of the provinces currently include 3 wards (Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward, Phu Thuy ward, Nam Gia Nghia ward) and 3 communes (Duc Trong commune, Ham Thuan commune, Kien Duc commune) have been put into trial operation after the arrangement.

Xuan Huong Ward Public Administration Service Center - Da Lat tested operation on June 23.

The operational contents include the following aspects: Organization and operation of the Party Committee at the commune level; organization and operation of the People's Council at the commune level and organization and operation of the People's Committee at the commune level related to receiving, handling and returning administrative procedure results at the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level, online connection at the provincial level.

Mr. Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam - Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee said that the trial operation of 6 communes and wards on June 23 is an extremely important transitional step, a "technical stepping stone" to get acquainted with the new model, and a practical opportunity for agencies, units and localities to proactively improve their organization and apparatus.

At the same time, this is also a "test" of the management and coordination capacity between departments, branches, organizations, new commune-level authorities and the handling of problems before all 124 communes, wards and special zones officially come into stable operation from July 1.
