According to this report, the total medium-term public investment plan from the central budget for the 2021-2025 period of Quang Tri province (after consolidation) is more than 16.4 trillion VND. Of which, domestic budget capital is more than 12.4 trillion VND; foreign capital (ODA) is nearly 4 trillion VND.

Many important regional transport projects are invested with capital from the Central Government.

From this capital source, Quang Tri province has focused on implementing and is expected to complete and put into use important traffic works and dynamic traffic routes, connecting localities in the province.

Investing in basic river and sea embankment projects in vulnerable areas at risk of landslides; planting, protecting, and developing forests and infrastructure to serve forest conservation and care.

Investing in essential infrastructure for industrial parks and economic zones to create conditions to attract investment; building new, upgrading, and purchasing new equipment for the health sector; renovating, upgrading, embellishing, and preserving historical relics; investing in completing information technology infrastructure and digital transformation in the province... The annual capital disbursement rate reaches over 90%.

Based on legal regulations and local practical needs, the People's Committee of Quang Tri province submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval a medium-term public investment plan from the central budget for the 2026-2030 period of more than 40.3 trillion VND. Of which, domestic capital is more than 36.6 trillion VND; foreign capital (ODA) is more than 3.6 trillion VND.

The Department of Construction is given the most priority for medium-term capital allocation for the 2026-2030 period, with more than 11.5 trillion VND.

Quang Tri province will prioritize this capital to focus resources on implementing important, strategic tasks and projects, completing synchronous and modern infrastructure. Of which, the Department of Construction with more than 11.5 trillion VND will be allocated the most; the Department of Agriculture and Environment with more than 3.2 trillion VND; the Department of Education and Training with more than 1.8 trillion VND; the Department of Health with more than 1 trillion VND; the Department of Science and Technology with 1 trillion VND...
