At the conference, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the decisions to establish 5 specialized departments and 11 affiliated public service units; decisions to transfer and appoint leadership positions of departments and units, including: Department Office, Department of Culture-Family Management, Department of Physical Education and Sports Management, Department of Information-Press-Publishing, Department of Tourism Management and Development, Gia Lai Provincial Library, Pleiku Museum, Pleiku Library, Provincial Traditional Arts Theater, Provincial Cultural Center, Traditional Martial Arts Center, Gia Lai Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, Pleiku Sports Training and Competition Center, Gia Lai Provincial Museum, Dam San General Music and Dance Theater and Quang Trung Museum.
At the same time, announce the decision to establish grassroots Party organizations, appoint Party committees, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries of Party cells under the Party Committee of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Do Thi Dieu Hanh - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism sent congratulations to the comrades appointed as leaders of departments and units and the comrades assigned to participate in the Party Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party cells under the Department's Party Committee.
Identifying that the tasks in the coming time will be very heavy, Ms. Do Thi Dieu Hanh hopes that the appointed comrades will, together with the collective of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, promote the spirit of solidarity, effort, strive, and develop the strengths of each individual to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
At the same time, it is requested that departments, affiliated units and Party committees of Party cells urgently develop working regulations and assign tasks to each cadre, civil servant, public employee and worker. Strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism; build internal solidarity, discipline and order in performing tasks; build a cooperative relationship with departments, branches, agencies and units of the province and communes and wards.
At the same time, review all tasks from now until the end of 2025, with a vision to 2030; mechanisms and policies related to fields and sectors, to grasp the practical situation, ensuring good implementation of advisory work for the entire sector and the province.
