To contribute to preventing occupational diseases and minimizing the risk of harm and impact on workers' health, in 2023, Lao Cai Provincial Department of Health managed and monitored the working environment for 116 units and enterprises in the province, reaching a rate of 33.7%; examined and detected occupational diseases for 5,142 workers at establishments at risk of occupational diseases, reaching a rate of 28.2%.
