5 more units are allowed to organize international language certification exams

Specifically, Decision No. 533/QD-BGDDT approved the joint organization of IELTS English certificate exams between British Council Company Limited (Vietnam), Atlantic Education Joint Stock Company and British Council (UK).

The test is conducted on paper and on computer. The test location is on the 3rd floor, 50 Le Van Viet Street, Hiep Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Candidates with international language certificates will be exempted from the foreign language exam in the high school graduation exam.

Decision No. 534/QD-BGDDT approving the joint organization of DELF and DALF French language certificate exams between the French Institute in Vietnam, the Institute for Cultural Exchange with France and the French International Education Organization. The exam will be on paper. The exam location is on the 1st and 2nd floors, 31 Thai Van Lung, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Decision No. 536/QD-BGDDT approving the joint organization of Cambridge English certificate exams between Hanex Training Company Limited and the General Principal, Masters and Scholars of Cambridge University operating through an organization under the Cambridge University Publishing House and Examinations Council.

The test is on paper and on computer. The first test location is at 85 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ward 7, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau ; the second test location is at apartments GA.01.04 and GA.01.05, Gateway apartment building, Chi Linh urban area, Nguyen An Ninh Ward, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Decision No. 537/QD-BGDDT approving the joint organization of IELTS English certificate exams between British Council Company Limited (Vietnam), AM Education and Development Group Joint Stock Company and British Council (United Kingdom). The exam will be conducted on paper and on computer. The exam location is on the 5th and 6th floors, 475 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Co Nhue 1 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

According to the regulations for high school graduation exams to be applied in 2024, candidates with international language certificates that meet the general regulations will be exempted from the foreign language exam in the high school graduation exam. Many non-public universities and high schools also use foreign language certificates in admissions.
