1 - The 58th session of the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee

At the 58th session on October 21, 2024, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee considered disciplining comrade Nong Minh Hien (former Vice President of Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation).

During his tenure as Vice President of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, Comrade Nong Minh Hien committed a violation by intentionally signing 46 fake land use right certificates issued to a number of people in Son Nam commune, Son Duong district, contrary to regulations. He was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison by the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province.

Pursuant to Party regulations, the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee decided to impose disciplinary action by expelling comrade Nong Minh Hien from the Party.

2 - Meeting of the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province

On October 22, 2024, the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province met to consider disciplinary action against comrade Pham Van Luong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district).

During his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Duong district, comrade Pham Van Luong violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, and violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province decided to discipline comrade Pham Van Luong with a reprimand; and at the same time unanimously proposed to the competent authority to remove him from the Party Executive Committee of Tuyen Quang province for the 2020-2025 term according to his personal wishes.
