At the conference, the District Home Affairs Department announced the Resolution of the District People's Council on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and the decision of the District Party Committee and District People's Committee on the personnel restructuring managed by the District Party Committee and District People's Committee.

Tien Yen district awarded 17 decisions on transfer and appointment of personnel work.

Decision to transfer comrade Dang Huy Hai, Head of Economic and Infrastructure Division to work at the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Division of Tien Yen district and appoint him to the position of Head of Division, along with 2 Deputy Heads of Division, comrade Nguyen Duy Han and comrade Ly Van Thang.
