Commercial service land: Great potential but many "barriers"

However, in reality, the functions of use, rights of land users and assets on commercial and service land still have many shortcomings. Relevant policies and laws still have gaps or bottlenecks, requiring breakthrough adjustments in the coming period.

Before I had the idea to write this article, Mr. Pham Quang Nghi told me that he had a new book series published in early 2025. When he gave me the new two-volume book series, after the Lunar New Year, my curiosity was solved. The Truth National Political Publishing House cooperated with Mr. Pham Quang Nghi to do a very profound, scientific and systematic work, which was to selectively collect and compile Pham Quang Nghi's published articles and scientific works into this work entitled: "Innovation, new thinking, new practices".

The HH2D An Khanh mixed-use apartment, commercial office and service complex project in the Nam An Khanh New Urban Area (An Khanh commune) has not been implemented.

Since December 2020, Vietnam Trade Development Joint Stock Company (Vietradico) has received the handover of the boundary markers at the site to implement the HH2D An Khanh mixed-use apartment, commercial office and service complex project at the HH2D land lot (Nam An Khanh New Urban Area, An Khanh Commune). However, up to now, nearly 5 years have passed, nearly 24,000 square meters of clean land have not been implemented by the project investor, causing this place to become wild and overgrown with grass.
