He confided: “The image of the soldier has been deeply ingrained in my blood and heart. As the person who conveys and depicts that beautiful image, I want everyone to understand that the officers and soldiers at the forefront of the border and island regions always hold their guns firmly, excellently completing the tasks assigned by the Party and the People, firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.”
Throughout his creative process, he has made a mark of personal achievements through many award-winning works on the theme of the army, armed forces, and beautiful images of soldiers on the battlefields. Recently, at the 2025 photo contest launched by the Southern Women's Museum with the theme "Moments", his work "The Blossoming Training Ground" was honored to win First Prize and the photo series "The Female Messenger of Peace" won the Encouragement Prize.
Being both an artist and a soldier, NSNA Nguyen Trung Truc has always been tirelessly pursuing his favorite subject: soldiers in work, combat, and production - a force that is not only disciplined, elite, firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland, but also close and closely connected with the people.
In the proud atmosphere of the historic August days, his latest work - the photo series "The Fatherland and the Marines" vividly depicts the image of soldiers, especially the guard force on remote islands, touching the viewers' emotions even more strongly: Under the sacred red flag with yellow star, the soldiers of the Vietnam People's Navy constantly improve their bravery and professionalism, are always ready to fight, uphold vigilance, and are determined to firmly protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
