The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is assigned to urgently complete the appraisal report of the project's budget, machinery and equipment for construction items, and submit it for approval by November 5.

In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to urgently carry out the work of reviewing the proposal of Trung Nam BT Company Limited on the proposed source of sand for embankment of project items. At the same time, urgently guide investors to implement in accordance with regulations.

Coordinate with the Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant units to urgently review the confirmation of completed volume and the value of project implementation volume, advise and propose to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee before November 5.

Review personnel, send to the Department of Home Affairs to submit for issuance a decision to complete personnel of the working group of the project to solve tidal flooding in Ho Chi Minh City area taking into account climate change factors (phase 1), submit before November 15.

Regarding the above project, the Government Office has also sent an official dispatch to ministries and branches to urgently seek opinions on the plan to remove obstacles in implementing the project to solve flooding caused by tides in the Ho Chi Minh City area.
