This fair attracted 56 businesses to participate in recruiting 3,127 jobs. Of these, 28 businesses had 522 positions recruiting people with disabilities.
Mr. Bui Thanh Tuan, Director of the Center for Support - Vocational Training and Job Creation in Ho Chi Minh City, said that the festival aims to connect and create favorable conditions for workers, especially people with disabilities, to have the opportunity to find jobs, exchange and learn from each other; at the same time, demonstrate responsibility to the community, so that "no one is left behind".
"We hope to coordinate with businesses in the localities to train basic knowledge and skills for people with disabilities to serve their work. We will also coordinate to record the needs and difficulties of businesses and disabled workers in the working process, thereby creating a good and harmonious working environment," said Mr. Bui Thanh Tuan.

On this occasion, businesses participate in recruiting many positions such as: sales, delivery, service, technician, accountant, security, customer care, cashier...
Ms. Le Thi My Hanh, CEO - Founder of Haga Smartech Trading and Service Co., Ltd., said that the company is recruiting 2 phone/computer repair technicians, 15 sales staff, 1 internal accountant and 2 marketing staff. The salary ranges from 7 to 15 million VND/month/employee. "The company has 2 disabled employees working, they are very sociable and work effectively," Ms. Hanh said.

Notably, at the festival, there were also shops owned by disabled people. Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Hieu, owner of Oc Hieu shop, shared: “As a disabled person myself, I understand your need to find a job. I hope everyone has a good job, creating a stable income for life.”
Her store is currently recruiting workers, apprentices in handicraft production, online sales and media collaborators. She provides free training from the beginning until proficiency.

Or Mr. Le Thuc Vinh, Director of Tiep Lua Social Joint Stock Company, said that the unit is recruiting 20 online sales staff (working from home). The requirements are to have a laptop, office computer skills, use social networks and be eager to learn. If you do not have sales skills, the company will train you.
Born as a normal child, when he was in middle school, Vinh's spine suddenly became deformed, his back was hunched. Despite spinal surgery, his back still could not return to normal. He did not feel sad because of that, on the contrary, he always tried to strive to improve. "Having experienced difficulties in finding a job, I want to create jobs for other disabled people even more," Vinh confided.
At the festival, many disabled people expressed their desire to find suitable jobs. Mr. Nguyen Duy Quang (born in 2002, residing in Duc Nhuan ward) had a stroke and is now paralyzed on the right side of his leg. He hopes to find a job such as sales, customer care... "The consulting companies are very clear and specific about recruitment requirements," Mr. Quang said.
