Awarding 12 scholarships to students in special circumstances

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 scholarships (each worth 5 million VND) to students with especially difficult circumstances who have made efforts to improve their studies in the communes: Binh Yen (5 scholarships), Binh Thanh (5 scholarships), Phu Dinh (1 scholarship) and Kim Phuong (1 scholarship).

On the morning of September 12, the Provincial Association for the Support of the Disabled and Protection of Children's Rights coordinated with the Political Department of Military Region 1 to organize the awarding of "Belief for Children" scholarships in the two communes of Binh Yen and Binh Thanh. Also attending the program were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education.

The scholarships contribute to motivating and encouraging students with difficult circumstances to strive in life and study, confidently moving forward.
