Consulting and supporting vocational training associated with job creation for workers in Tam My commune

DNO - Quang Nam College has just coordinated with Tam My commune to organize a consultation session to support vocational training associated with job creation for workers.

Participating in the consultation session were Chau Son Garment Company Ltd. and about 200 female workers and youth union members of Tam My commune.

The consultation session aims to connect, share career orientation, organize training and solve employment for workers of working age who have not received vocational training. Thereby, opening vocational training classes suitable for businesses for local workers.

At the consultation session, many workers expressed their desire to learn a trade locally; after learning the trade, they would be recruited by businesses with a salary that would ensure their living.

The commune government commits to proactively attracting businesses to invest in local production; surveying and compiling statistics on actual vocational training needs and recruitment needs of businesses, and providing information on vocational training supply and demand for workers.

In the coming time, Quang Nam College will closely coordinate with local authorities, organizations and businesses to participate in vocational training and job creation for rural workers.
